Never see a project as a project !

Never see a project as a project but only the game one must play to beat the odds to obtain an end result on time!

The project manager who plays the game the best receives the honory title "Project Master" and this he would achieve by exception (Refer to PRINCE2 Manual).

Never see failure as failure but only as the opportunity to steer the boat, by exception, in the right direction (and improve one's sense of humour!)

When the going gets tough, the tough get smart! There are always other ways to play the game.

Risk does not exist, until something goes wrong!
So, we should only pay an insurance premium for the day something goes wrong ... and boy, what a helluva price it will be to pay!

The beauty about a project that is not well thought out, is it has no where to go..
So, how can the project manager be lost if he has no where to go!
